Yes, you must be a Georgia resident, a male and eighteen (18) years or older.

$95 (Ninety Five Dollars)

You will receive a ninety (90) day supply, equivalent to a total of 90 (ninety tablets).

Approximately $30 (Thirty Dollars) plus shipping for 90 (ninety tablets).

You may repeat Consultation for medication refill every ninety (90) days.

You should immediately discontinue the use of the selected medication and report the effect(s) to your Primary Care Physician (PCP). However, if you have a severe or life-threatening event, you should immediately contact Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or dial 911.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted for the prescription Consultation. However, you may contact the pharmacy if you do not receive the medication or if the medication prescribed is defective.
